Refund policy

You must reach out within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your item.

If you want to return or exchange your item, you are required to ship the item back and pay for the shipping charge for us to send you the replacement. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders.

~please note that all returned pieces have their findings switched to a new set before being relisted for hygiene purposes.
