Step 1

Reach out

The first step in this process is to reach out using the form below (prefered), emailing me, or DMing me on Instagram. In this initial request, please provide a detailed account of what you are looking for.

At this point, I will reach out with any questions and get to drawing! If you have not heard back from me within a week, please reach out again.

Step 2

Drawing Phase

During this stage of custom work, you will receive several drawings from me to help give both of us an idea of what the final piece will look like.

After you receive your first round of drawings, please provide honest feed back about what you like and dislike and then we will go from there.

*This is one of the most collaborative part of the design process so it is important that you respond promptly

** My drawings do not necessarily reflect my sculpting skill. Please understand that when you receive your drawings and feel free to ask for clarity.

Step 3

Creation

At this point, we will have confirmed a design and I will begin making your pieces. Once I finish, I will send you a picture to approve before I bake the piece (so that any comments can be addressed in the raw form).

After your approval, I will finish the piece and send you a final photo.

*These pieces are based on the drawings above.

Step 4

Enjoy!

Once I mail your piece, it will arrive within the shipping timeframe of the carrier you select.

After it arrives, it is all up to you to enjoy the piece that you worked with me to design! We'd love for you to send as a photo of you rocking it or leave an honest review, but that is not necessary.

Custom Work FAQ

Can you do an already existing design in another color?

Absolutely! We love recreating our designs for you, whether their older styles we no longer stock or you just want something in a different color.

What is the turn aruond time?

The turn around time depends on need and design. For the most part, we will try to have your piece in the mail within two weeks, but this is not always possible. If you need your piece in the mail within one week, expect a rush fee.

This will be discussed in the early stages of planning

What kind of price point should I expect?

The price depends on a couple of factors:

- complexity of the design

- size of the design

- what type of jewelry it is

* this base number will be similar to pieces you can find in our catalogue

Additionally, we have a few set fees:

- custom designs will have a $5 design fee added to the price (waived for existing designs)

- a rush fee of $10 will be added to any order that needs to be in the mail within a week

What kind of pieces can be made custom?

Everything!

If you have an idea, we will try to make it happen! This includes jewelry types/findings we may not already have. It is our goal to bring you your dream pieces so just because you don't see it yet, doesn't mean we can't do it.
